Dr. Nathalie Kadoch
General Dentist

I graduated from the University of Montreal in 2001 and then did a multidisciplinary residency at the Montreal Children's Hospital. In 2003, I opened the dental clinic in LaSalle. I have a constant desire to provide the best possible care to my patients. I am currently an active member of the Laval Dental Society and I take continuing education courses across North America in order to provide high quality care.

What distinguishes us most is our human side. Patients are often eager to come to their appointment and chat with us. I love to follow the families, seeing the children grow up, meeting patients outside the clinic whether at the shopping centre or the Aquadôme where I train. My patients have a lot of confidence in me as they know I treat all our clientele as if they were a close family member. The welfare of my patients is my top priority.

I have been a dental secretary since 1987. I love my job. The trust that is established during the telephone call continues indoors at the appointment. I love the contact with the patients. To welcome them, inform them and reassure them are part of my priorities as a dental secretary.

I am privileged to work with a team who help each other and where the atmosphere is calm, pleasant and friendly.

I love the fact that we all love our work. When you love your job, you want it done right and try to make it enjoyable for everyone. The patients feel this and it makes them feel at ease.

A little anecdote: one day I was helping Dr. Kadoch take an x-ray of a child, which is a “photo” to them. When the time came to take the x-ray “picture”, he turns towards the machine and makes a big smile!

Graduating in 1991 as dental hygienist, I continued my studies in this field to obtain a certificate from the University of Montreal in 1993. I worked with Dr. Kadoch since her arrival here in 2003.

I find my daily motivation in the relationship of trust established with my patients. My greatest satisfaction is to have helped a patient attain his dental health objectives.

I find it important to work within a team where respect and patient comfort are prioritized.
